The pages linked from the footer are written in the language the law expects. This page says the same things in plain terms, so you can see what you are entitled to without reading all of them.

This summary grants no rights and removes none. Where it differs from the full policies, the full policies apply — they are linked from every point below.

Before you order

You are entitled to In practice
Know who you are dealing with Name, SIREN, SIRET, APE code and registered address appear at the top of every policy page and in the footer of every page on this site.
Know the full price The price shown is what you pay. VAT is not applicable under art. 293 B CGI, and nothing is added at checkout.
Know what you are buying Every fixed-price service states its extent, its revision rounds, its delivery format and its delivery time before you order.
Know when it arrives Delivery times are firm commitments, not estimates. See the Delivery Policy.

When you order

You are entitled to In practice
A confirmation in writing An order confirmation and an invoice are emailed for every order. The contract exists from that moment.
No surprise charges If your text turns out longer than the service allows, you are told before work starts and can walk away with a full refund. Nothing is ever invoiced afterwards without your written agreement.
Be told what starting early costs you The checkbox at checkout is not a formality. It says that work begins immediately and that this ends your right to withdraw once the work is delivered. If you would rather keep the full 14 days, say so and we wait.

After you order

You are entitled to In practice
14 days to change your mind If you are a consumer. Nothing started yet means a full refund; partly done means you pay only for that part. See the Refund Policy.
Work that matches its description If it does not, it is corrected free of charge — and this is not limited to 14 days. If it still cannot be put right, you get your money back.
Your revision rounds Included as stated, returned within 2 business days of your consolidated comments.
Keep every right in the text On payment, the finished text is yours to use however you want. Your material is never used as a sample or reference without written permission.
A refund without friction Same payment method, same currency, no fee, within 14 days and usually sooner.

About your data

You are entitled to In practice
Ask what is held about you Write to info@tomasstrigac.com. A copy is provided within one month, free of charge.
Have it corrected or deleted Same address. Your submitted material can be deleted immediately after delivery if you ask.
Know who else sees it Every recipient is named on the Data & Recipients page. There are no undisclosed ones.
Refuse tracking Rejecting cookies is one click, at the same level as accepting, and costs you nothing on this site.
Complain to a regulator The CNIL, or the authority of your own EU country. You do not need to ask us first.

What we do not promise

Being clear about the limits matters as much as listing the rights.

  • No guaranteed outcome. Writing is an obligation of means, not of result. No promise is made about how a reader, an employer, an editor or a customer will respond to a text.
  • No responsibility for your claims. Where copy states a fact about your business, verifying it remains yours.
  • Style is not a defect. Disagreement with a stylistic choice inside the agreed brief is handled through revisions, not refunds. If the fit was genuinely wrong, say so anyway — a refund is preferable to keeping money from someone who was not helped.
